As already posted, it happens to everyone who has ever run a wider than stock (4") tire on a Brit. You have to align the sprockets, and then allow chain/sidewall clearance.

But the "bottom line" is that your frame number (the v.i.n.) has been altered (whether you can see traces or not), which is a serious...
