If that was on clean steel, you could set it in a hyper tonic solution of sodium carbonate (in the hot tub/spa section), hook it up to a battery charger, and let it sit and bubble for a couple days....

A '74 going together right now, 18/110 in the back, 19/100 in the front for now.

Also cut a couple inch's of spring off in the front to get it down a bit and it sits pretty good now.
