do you know what weight that rail is ?? it may sound like a silly ?? but rail is measured by it weight over a given length which is either a yard or 3ft if i remember correctly

sawzall, good cordless drills with some unibits , couple of mini grinders . as for bigger equipment it does help but it also takes up valuable floor space something to consider as well
