Crank pin at 3 o'clock as viewed from right side of engine, this area is were the most wear is from the power strokes. Measure side to side movement at top of rod. Limit is 3/32''.

I'd check parallel axle angle to engine mount, and trans mount angles with a digital angle level. While your at it won't hurt to check neck is perpendicular, too. A little time spent with a file will...
