Thanks for the input man! yeah I checked pushrods, all real good. I gave the plumber nuts a tiny pinch up and it's running like a champ again!

It was the fuel line vapour locking as was mentioend by several of the guys here.

I changed my fuel line up to 5/16" and she's running like a dream. Put 200+ miles...

Hey man, I don't but it's cheap terrible shit. I had it for free with my OEM knuck outer as the guy was like.. take it.. I had to grind a lot of the lip to make it fit, it's still not perfect.. but...

As for the belt, it wasn't anything to do with misalingment, the belt was tracking due to it being about to snap! all I can conclude is where it was...

Exactly my thoughts Rich, I had to file it to get it to fit. Was planning to look this morning but had to have one of my dogs put to sleep, it's far less important and can wait!

Alignment with the front is perfectly true. The only thing I can think of is I used a new woodruf for my clutch hub and it was a little bit of a tight fit.
