Thanks for the tips. I surfaced carb bowls, backed out slide stop screws 1 turn more after it moved slide and buttoned up vacuum line and it fired and idled.

I Would rather not shorten the frame.
I figured the iron head would be a better size than a big twin.

Picking up steam on this project again.
Found a hardtail Iron head project for not a lot of money.

The goal is to use the Iron head Hardtail as a starter and move motor mounts and tranny mounts....

Update: opened up the breather and it fixed about 80% of the issue thanks a million. Still have a small drip comming under exhaust so I may weld a little drip deflector.

I like the thicker stuff 6-11oz+ cut and set on top of thin foam baseball stitched to the pan but it's expensive and allot of work to punch holes in the pan and the cowhide. More...
