I agree dragstews i had one i put on my 83 ironhead and had a hell of a time gettin it jetted right and synced. But once it was set it ran good and all kinds of power. The fuel milage dropped thowe.

Thats probley what im going to do. I have a old kickstand that I can hack up or just reuse the one I took off. I'm just useing a block of wood for now.

Compression test full open throttle and kick it threw at least 5 time's until the needle on the compression gauge stops going up.

I cant seem to up load the info I have. I have found the the friction Material in new condition is 1/32 or 0.8mm I would just clean and reassemble and run not worry about it.

My bike has a 5 gallon tank and I use a couple cap fulls and a cap full of lead addaitive. Oh and I always run High Test the bike likes it more than the cheep stuff.
