Single stage urethane.
Comes in a can with the activator....just plug into the bottom of the can and voila!
Blends and repair with ease and it’s tough, stays elastic to a point.
I find powder coat...

My Wife has dubbed my bike the “Cookie Pan”, as it requires a baking sheet underneath after a ride.
Riding jacket is is oil sprayed on the left side...brake clean takes care of spots on the helmet....

Have you made sure that the spigots of the intake are perfectly round and have a good machined surface, and the nuts are not deformed in any way?
I’m sure you’ve checked the intake ports on the jugs...

I found the retainer stabilized the clutch basket(big time!), would have to think it would help in a more even disc engagement?
