That thing could be saved, all it needs is a dropped solid axle between those front wheels, a chopped coupe body behind the engine and lose the wings...:D

Here's my problem. 1962 Panhead, original engine, trans and frame. The trans is all the way forward in the slots and the belt is still somewhat snug. I have to pry the trans counter clockwise...
