Back again with update of pics. The Indian stem was removed and replaced also the top and bottom of the Harley stem have been drilled and tapped, more on that later but its on the frame!...

The front tire is a Coker Firestone as rhys says, a few reviews out there, no complaints from what i have found. If it is sketchy i will let you all know. For the rear tire i went with a Firestone...

The next one is going to hurt. The lower forks have been butchered in its past (look at the first pic on post #85) and imo have to be replaced so i will cut off the forks under the lower shackles....

I picked up a L carb and front end for the bike. The front end is a extended Indian girder, similar to "Bug Eyes" front end. the girder is on its way here.
