I'm no pipe fabricator, so I bought a set for my BSA from " The Factoty Metal Works". They have some nice pipes for a Trumpet too. If nothing else maybe you could get some ideas there.

That is something I never thought of! Give us more details please. Did you spline the stock shaft? What kick arm are you using?
I never did like the stock set-up.I always had to modified the wedge...

I have fabed a tail light from a 1947 plymoth,a manifold to eliminate my carb space problem and mocked up the high pipes from The Factory Metal Works. Lets see if I can post the pics!

I think everyone with a Triumph has this problem.I made a set out of aluminum without the threads and had them welde in. NEVER a problem since!
