And check your settings on the ignition , if i am right there is a little switch for kick or Electric start modus (electric start mode reacts a stroke later) and be sure the voes wire is blinded.

Agreed on the looks of the tin primary , it rewards all the effort...even with the thai chrome on it., i wired my coils parallel Medyo.

I still have a lot of work ahead because one thing always leads to another, but for now they are small stuff like cleaning up the coil bracket and floorboard mounts, hiding the rear brake master...

If you wanna end like Jack Teller you can forget about your front brake, if you are able to machine around in your workshop you can do something like Lambretta did on some scooters.

‘Grimeca clean bars’ plug and play...as far as the reservoirs , thats just about volume so a 12 mm hose or pipe of a certain lenght standing upright could already act as one. ...i guess.

Perhaps a hidden servo under the lower fork tree., reservoir inside the headlight..or something like that.
Lots of possibilities , your own creativity wlll set the Limit I guess.

Roger that Joe , the spacer meets the bearing for sure , the o ring isnt that thick..should be just enough to seal.

No one in for an experiment? Okay , i will be then.
Doing some primary mods so i guessed replacing the seal is a mandatory.
I know i did put in a new spacer when rebuilding the engine .

Motorcycle storehouse, zodiac . But since you will have to stick to the tooth to match the basket ordering another pulley won’t make a difference. I think best option is to use an offset transmission...

Mmm , i run the same set up, with a inner primary so the gearbox distance is fixed , i have to putt both pulleys and belt on in one go when mounting it but the tension is okay.

Did you counted the tooth on your Pulley ? , should be 45 on the front.

Definitely a bdl set up, definitely a kick only :) ,never seen that spacer in that clutch, and bdl can provide a adjustment screw with o-rings that seal directly in the hollow shaft nowadays. Or you...

Electrode 3/4 inch out of the cup and the gasflow up a few liters , 3 or 4 amps more than usual .....and perhaps pray a bit in advance

Kind of breaking in on an old thread but at least i am not starting a new one on the same subject.
I am replacing my spacer and seal as well (late shovel) and yet the back of the spacer should kind...

So......
I took a lot of time this week to explore some options , both of them stranded half way the fabrication when i was able to bite the parts like a monkey and realized some other disadvantages...
