I had the right regulator then it finally went bad. I was gonna replace it with the one I found. Not tryin to be a cheap ass, but I start puttin new shiny shit on my horse it'll stop runnin for sure....

Got this regulator that I think will work on my p.o.s. (75 Sporty). It's got 3 wires. Ac1, b+, and, ac2. The b+ is black and the other 2 are yellow. Does anyone know how the hell it wires up. Thanks

Make sure the magnetic pull on your stator is enuff. If it holds itself up off a wrench/piece of steel without dropping ok. Otherwise it's not doin it's job. Get a new stator, It's old. Or buy some...
