Re: Triumph 650 Help
I originally missed the part about the petcocks not flowing. We need lively discussions like this again on this board. When I'm trying to get something running I've usually got an IV set up for the...

Re: Triumph 650 Help
I'd say you need to get the idle jet cleaned. Carb spray and guitar string don't always do it, so you need to do the twist drill deal. I'm thinking it's a #78 drill size, but not sure till I double...

Re: Banned users
Maybe this place would get a little action again if all banned members, even the assholes, were invited back.

Re: Triumph T100 Head
Before photobucket fucked us all I could have referred you to some pics about all this. As it is, I went to google images but couldn't really find much.

Re: Triumph T100 Head
Yeah, like Chris says you gotta match it up. You got your squish pistons and the regular squared off looking ones. Squish is champhered around at the top, and the head is as well to accept the...

Re: Pre unit battery
Use a cheap little 12v battery with LED lights, it'll last a long time between charge.

Re: triumph 650 selector rod help
This was discussed not too long ago on Britbike, I asked because I had been supplied with a sealed bearing. The bearing came from one of the big Brit parts places, so I asked. And was surprised that...

Re: Dual Amal Carbs
And "389/689" doesn't tell you the bore size of the carbs. You need the numbers off the flanges before you buy anything. Also a monobloc has to have the correct jet block in it for the size. 389...

Re: Triumph parts ID help needed
Yeah, post the numbers on the carb flanges so you can be sure the bore size is the same.
Wait, I think I found the list:
