Rigid 8 3/4'' plus or minus 1/8''

Swing arm 9 1/8''

All manufacturing being plus or minus often no modification is needed. Basically try it first, before changing.

Check your battery electrolyte level. Breaker is clicking on overload, means likely a short circuit.
Copper color terminal goes to positive side battery.

what John is saying is A2 is a better grind. 2 is for low compression engine of less than 8 to 1.

I'm going to date myself. In ancient times we spoke overlap not LSA. The overlap decreases as LSA increases and cranking pressure increases. Less overlap larger LSA, this increases the cylinder...
