Thanks for that...I was thinking the same,a "T" between the carbs and lines the same length.
If this isn't the problem then I'll look at the carbs again,air leaks then a leak down test on the...

Triumph 650 T110 is running weak on the right cylinder.Only have one fuel tap on the left side of tank with a line running to the left carb double banjo then on to the right carb.Would this cause...

I think you got a bargain there Dan...been looking for a new lathe myself.Small model makers lathes go for more than what you paid,the size of lathe you've got seem to be going for two or three times...

I was surprised to read that they don't use a cylinder head gasket,just a spigot and recess.Took the Japs 30yr to cotton onto cantilever suspension.

I'd check the reach of the plugs first....when I first got my Triton,it had short reach plugs in and where firing half way down the hole, leaving the rest of the threads covered in carbon crud.

I've had a go at doing this with a strobe,and found I had to kick the engine over pretty fast to get the strobe to light up and so was not able to view the timing disc properly.I was able to see it...
