Just finished up the exhaust tonight. It's not pretty (mix of chrome and rusted pipe) but it works. Just a few little thing to button up and I am done.

Yeah it's weired I never touched the bulb so I don't think that was it. I will be sure not to touch it when I put the new bulb in.

This is how I am going to wire the headlight, which is very easy. The colors obviously don't apply to me and the indicator yellow wire will be wired with the high beam wire to the high beam side of...

Yeah it will be 10 amp fused just was testing to find high and low.

I will post the way I am wiring the headlight to make sure I am good. Just don't want to keep blowing these bulbs.

This is how I had it wired. Green as ground. Not sure why it blew.

Could this be the reason it blew?

I took the green ground and attached...

Ok about to button up my chopper build and I finished all the wiring but the damn headlight is giving me a headache. Everything else went smooth.

Inline glass fuse

Any problems with inline glass fuses breaking from vibration? or should I go with the plastic two post ones?
