if you don't want to weld to the frame just use these brackets instead of welding the tab's on. still weld bungs to the pipes, same end result & still easy on the eye, these clamps are pretty good,...

about the strongest & neatest way would be to
1) weld a tab on the frame where the exhaust pipe passes close to the frame,
2) weld a threaded bung to back side of exhaust in line with tab,
3)...

I don't understand why most, even the Factory put the levers so far above the peg that you cant change gear without lifting ya whole foot off the pegs,...

there are Keyed ignition switches that have a Magneto terminal so when ignition is off it grounds the Mag but the rest of it works in the same way a stock ignition works, ask Dave Shaw at Morris...

Lucas magnetos work differently to the Fairbanks Morse type Magnetos,... same basic physics but obtained by a completely different route, . not a lot of American ideas are universally used,...
