Yea i lived in Bermuda for a year you can only ride a moped ( by law) and for 6 months or more of the year, your wet and trying you hardest not to to a mary poppins into the sea.

After a while it would loosen up and wobble
So I fixed it at 38 deg and kicks easy never kicked back
