Hmm I wonder how long the joints will last. I have seen them used in this application be for but have never herd what the long term effect was on them.

I don't see any thing in your set up that is abnormal, You have a master and a slave. You need to install a tee in the brake line thread in a hydraulic switch hook up the wires and your don or do...
