This looks to be a JDH twin cam with ohv top end. The frame looks like a 1925 to 29 JD frame. I could be wrong of course.

VL frame

I have a VL frame and a DNA springer (i know not cool). The springer uses a 1" stem and the frame has 1 1/8" cups. How do i solve the problem without spending a lot of money???

I am thinking of buying a motor (45" 50 Servi car) on Ebay from PA. I got the Vin and going to the DMV (NYS) tomorrow. Which is easier for me: tell them i am buying a whole bike or just the motor???...
