Re: Disk Brake Conversion on Wishbone Frame

I don't know the size of the slot in the wargasser part but FYI, H-D original slot is only 11/16" (the bolt that go thru is 5/8") and it works as it should.

Can you mount 49-77 lower/tubes in later 41mm trees?
And can you mount late tubes in early trees?

see...

Re: I Beam Springer Question

This thread is gold!

Still have a question, are VL and RL the exact same length from bottom tree to axle?
Can you mount a VL front leg on a RL rear?

Hey Rhysmort $2000 import taxes included or just shipping?!
I used Schumacher NYC to Le Havre, France, costed me about $800 for shipping.
Might want to look that route, then take a ferry...

My original question was if I could bolt a left side drum brake made for a midstar to a star hub wheel.

Anybody have done it?

Re: Star hub vs Mid star

if a '67 midstar can bolt to a '52 front drum when it also bolt on a juice drum, why a '52 star hub couldn't bolt on a '67 juice drum...?
Never tried it, just curious.
