I wasn't able to heat mine so I used thin coats and laid them in the sun after each coat.

They look great though and have not changed from riding yet.

Yeah, I have the repro poster at home in the garage. Some of it is tough to read but it might get you what you need. If you could get one made in a smaller size like 11x17 it would be easier to read.

The right side is easy its a big metal bracket that bolts to the front of the kicker cover, and has the integrated brake lever. I literally saw a 5 gal bucket full of these at the swap in Davenport...

Its god damned tough to build a period correct '60s chopper when you were born in the '80s.

Beartooth pass is the shit, I've ridden it twice on my Buell - very fun. Also might stop in Butte, MT its a cool town and you pay homage to Evel if it tickles your fancy.
