Update.
Have the front brake sorted, works as good as a single piston, single rotor brake is going to work on a 500 pound bike. Fresh fork oil makes for a sweet front end!
Been making slow easy...

The MoCo dealer up the hwy from me uses vpartsinc.com They seem to have pretty good luck with their searches. My Ironhead is a 76, so I don't know how far back they go.

I was going to cut them down to 30".
The more I "sit and try", the more I think I will narrow the bars an inch at a time until they feel "just right".
These bars have the holes for the control...

Scored a pair of Dyna Wide Glide handlebars at the swap meet today that are almost identical to the flat track bars on my Triumphs, for $20! SCORE!
