Ah shit! Yeah mine are together, not twisted but close enough.

Re: 41 el

I've timed it with a buzzer and a 1thou feeler, fixed adavanced. I've done it a few times on my bikes, so confident in my ability.

I've found something which I think it could be. My front...

Re: 41 el

I've checked the gear man, it's all spot on. I'm leaning towards something electrical, I mean it could be as daft as a condenser. I've got no intake leaks now which is a good start!!

Does it vibrate? my one on the UL was all over the place. Knuck has like a 34" sissy on 10" shorter, much more manageable!

Re: 41 el

I finally threw in the towel.

I've ordered some PEEK seals for the manifold. That way I know if it doesn't remedy the leak, the carb needs a serious looking at. In lieu of this, I've tidied a few...

Re: 41 el

I've made a discovery.

I've got it running several times, almost fully choked, you know one crack open to start them.. it revs... and then when I open the carb it dies.. NOW... that says air leak...

Re: 41 el
