Have you measured the thickness of the old and new sprockets? Likely a difference with the new being thicker, and running that after market seal nut isn't helping.

If you have a complete 74 inch the standard 80 inch pistons will work they are .060 o/s of a 74. That would be a real waste of stock 74 cylinders that may likely clean up at a smaller oversize. Back...

I never checked a condenser, but I have checked capacitors with my Klein amp clamp multimeter. Can't see buying a $200 meter to test them. As was said just change out is cheaper and for testing just...
