What kind of oil tank ? Make sure the froth pipe isn't too restricted so pressure builds up in the crankcase

I run a v twin, bolted right up, but took a bit of work to get the pads to seat correctly. I also use a repop knuck hand brake lever on the right side.

I've used 1 1/2 " BDL on my pans, highly recommend, sorry I can't help on tranny, I've always ran shitty old 4 speeds

Update, got the oil to stop coming out the vent. Now I have a new, more serious problem. Oil is actually leaking from the seam at the rear motor mount. I cleaned everything and now have oil running...

Boy I hope note, rings are staggered, fresh bores. Prob don't have more than a mile on it,

Just finish my 49 panhead w/ 78 shovelhead cylinders. Fresh rebuild. Stock oil pump. I running open belt drive so no primary oiling. Problem is I have excessive pressure in the case, with oil spewing...

Try kicking it connected to a battery charger. My pan super e would only start on a big blue spark.
