Hobbs,(Stewart Warner) pressure switch is 1/8th NPT and you can get N. C. or N.O. and also a 3 terminal which is both and adjustable down to 2 PSI up to 30 PSI. Available at your Friendly...

^^^ Good question Jaws. I'm guessing he runs his carb a little on the fat side also. Piston clearance , possibly a plus .0005 loose too? And no doubt superior operator input! :)

Just for your own info turn the heads upside down and fill the combustion chambers with Diesel (of course sparkplugs must be still in the head) or Paint thinner. Just make sure you don't leak...

What does it cost approximately to sleeve a set of Shovelhead cylinders? Is it cost effective, or just something to do to the Rare Iron?

That should be one hell of a fun Machine! I have a similar totally AM parts 103 Panhead I'm building using STD stage 4 heads. S&S flywheels, Cylinders and Pistons in Delkron cases. .

I keep a 1 gallon plastic jug .that is cut down for startups on my bikes. they all puke some if they have set. My IH sporties are the worst offenders, but are fine for if run every few days after...

Some very fine parts indeed. I think you will find the original bars that came with it will be much more comfortable than the nice shiny ones you showed. I had a similar set that were torture to me....
