Re: Bolt on hardtail for shovels..
I agree-doesn't look good. You need a straight line to make it look good, in my opinion.
I prefer struts if you have to go rigid, otherwise I think that short shocks look bitching!

Re: Bmw
I believe that BMW:s are cool, if handled the right way. Look at all the old racing cycles from the Twenties and Thirties. Lots of good stuff there to be influensed by.

Rikuo was built both with 1200 cc VL style and a 750 cc WL style.
That is a 750 cc built until 1960 i believe. The Rikuo frame is different from its US cousin. The upper frame is straight and not...

Re: pic thread <<EUROPEAN STYLE HD's>>
True-one issue only. Sad, as it was awesome. Some of the staff started producing MCM which still runs. We also had a magazine before that, Hojmagazinet.

Re: Japan Scene bikes - the discussion thread
Japanse bikes are probably the most important influence right now, at least for me.
No new-dipped chrome, no fancy shiny paint, no bolt-ons. Just flowing simple lines and understated good looks.
