Re: Triumph Pre-Unit Generator Mount

When you guys said they were too long I was thinking 1/4" or something. I had to cut nearly 1.5" out of mine. Wow.

Triumph Pre-Unit Generator Mount

This is a dumb enough question I'm almost embarrassed to ask it but I can't seem to find a definitive answer on my own.

Is the Lucas E3L generator on a Pre-Unit really only held in place by a...

450-18 Rear Tire on a Pre-Unit

Curious. Anyone running a 450-18 tire on the back of a stock Triumph rigid frame? I'm trying to get a feel for how likely it is doing so might result in clearance problems.

Thanks.

Re: 5T Axle Swap

I opened up the axle plates on mine. I marked the axle plates very very carefully then worked really slow and cautiously. It worked out great in my case.

Triumph Duplex Engine In Early Rigid Frame

I did some searching and failed to find any posts that really addressed this topic.

Re: Anyone ever run a Speedmaster "H" tire?

I have one on the front of my 1951 Triumph Tiger. I think you are going to have a tough time finding a better 20" tire. It's a good tire and the 20" options are pretty damn few.

Re: 6T Thunderbird Project 1952

I sourced a ton of hard to find hardware through Moores Cycle with just a parts book and numbers. Keith Moore always answered his own phone, was a wealth of knowledge and steered me out of many a...

Re: 1955 Triumph T100/R Dirt-tracker

I just noticed this 1955 JOMO T100R sales brochure on an auction site. Ed Kretz Sr & Jr are shown sizing it up. Pretty cool.

Cool find. My brother (https://www.jockeyjournal.com/forum/member.php?u=20404) is a Cossack (http://www.seattlecossacks.com/). All the bikes are Harleys, pre-1949 (VL's, U's, WL's or Knucks). Some of...

Re: the funnest 750 I've ever ridden....

Re: Thank you from a 39 Triumph

Those pre-war Triumph twins are some of the most beautiful bikes ever built. Nice work.
