Sorry late reply, it ended up being the filter, was too dense and caused a vacuum. Drained the filter faster than the carb could keep up.

Shovelhead super E, fuel filter can't keep up

Super E on cone shovel, runs perfect, however the fuel drains from the inline fuel filter faster than it should. Wants to run out of fuel. Can't figure it out.

I haven't ridden it yet, waiting on a clutch cable, runs strong outside of the smoke. I've started it and let get hot 3x now, let cool and start again. It seems to be getting less each time.

Let it cool down and fired it up again, I would say the smoke is cut in half. Still smoking out of the rear though, will update.

Well I removed the one bolt on the trans plate closest to the Clutch side foot peg, I moved the trans forward covering a portion of the hole, buddies belt was stretched out enough to get on with some...
