IIRC, it needed to be catalyzed, if you were not clearing over it.
The opposite of 1-Shot.

I've only used it enough to say Yes.
Price and availability were part of that decision.

yeah the hok is a urethane striping paint so compatolible with urethane clear. it "feels" different to work with tho. and i agree, no clear over the stripes for that old school look ... not that you can really tell unless you feel it.

The HOK dries super fast too, but it does flow nice when it is the right consistency. I use it everytime I clear over pinstripes... never been a problem, and 1shot is hit and miss.

Same opinion here... HOK striping enamels dry VERY fast. They need just a touch of reduction, although for certain more translucent colors I will use them right out of the can for better coverage. They take to being clearcoated very well because they are designed to be clearcoated over top.
