- Ever since I was a kid, I wanted a bike. Asked for one every gift-giving holiday. It never worked. Finally bought my BSA from an old high school friend's dad for my 21st birthday. He gave me a Hell of a deal. Had to sell it due to being a broke-ass college student a few years later. Broke my heart. Didn't ride for years after that. Too busy learning a trade and playing music and chasing women...then I landed one. Married her. She went out and found my BSA and bought it back for me on my 35th birthday. Yes, she's a real keeper! So I've been modifying it for the last few years to fit my more experienced tastes. Stitching up a new rigid frame right now. I kept the original swingarm frame in case I ever get the itch to restore it to stock, although it was already a 70's styled swing arm chopper when I got it. Hope to have it done by this Summer.
