Took these off an old Glide front end,,they weight a ton,,lol. Never seen anything like em. The stems unthread from the head ,,so I guess if you ever wanted to change height you did away with or got longer stems. Anyone know who made thses ?

I have a set of those, which I bought from a JJer, in 8". Mine probably weight about 5lb each, which I thought was a little silly. Not sure who made them.

I figured the design was for ease of manufacture. I can't see the benefit of two piece risers. It could potentially be a real pain in the ass to get them off.

Those ^^^ look like my Butts risers except mine are one piece. Pretty neat.
