Pretty sure I sent info before.......but I'm in a good loc, just north of IL/WI border, 25 miles west of Lake Michigan..........welder, lift, imagination, no prejudice for brand of bike. Wheel truing, and building are a specialty-no corners cut....

It would be good to consolidate the information... I will group it all together in a word doc or something if someone tells me who to send it to... very slow day at work.
Also, Im in Boulder, Co. I have a pickup and plenty of garage space, all the hand tools you would need (everything whitworth as well) and a decent bit of Triumph knowledge. |

Hope this come together...I just sent my email. I am just north of Nashville and willing to travel a little to help a bro out. I have a truck with trailer, garage (with heat), plenty of hand tools (no whitworth...but we can make it work), and shop tools (bandsaw, welder, grinders, chopsaw, vises, etc.).
Also, just me and the boy most of the time in a five bedroom house (girlfriend not moved in yet)....so plenty of room to catch a few winks. Not much on specific knowledge...but have internet and JJ...so we can all pitch in and figure a fix! -William

Anyone know if this is dead or just the winter wait? I plan on moving around a little this summer (first time in about ten years since I have owned a bike) and would LOVE to have a few numbers for assistance. Anyone?

If you need a hand, contact me. I'm right off I-71 at the 303 exit, about 25 miles south of Cleveland. That's the stretch of I-71 between the Ohio Turnpike and I-271. I can't offer much in the way of accommadations, but if you have any kind of mechanical problems (wrenching, welding, etc.), I'd be happy to help.
Regards, Geo. |

I think we're just relying on the method used on the HAMB. If you have problems, post it up (JJ'er DOWN!!! & Location) on the board or search this topic for someone nearby. Not quite as ideal as a list, but its hard for someone to track everyones moves, equipment and level of sobriety at the time and keep it on a list.

Hello Gents and Ladies,
I have to apologize for not being able to keep up with this effort. I still think that is is a valid and helpful idea but I just don't have the time to keep up with the demands of keeping up with this list. What we really need is a virtual way to keep this updated via the web and that will require some programming expertise that I just don't have. If there is any one out there that has ideas on how we can most simply keep this list self-managing and current I would love to hear them. Thanks in advance. Tim |
