Nice looking bends/lines/tucked-in routing.

You need a front/detail shot of that mounting tab, that's an excellent selling point for a custom pipe...so many have killed the exhaust spigot threads in the head over the years by omitting that mount.

Good luck !

not sure if this is Kosher, but i feel the need to give a huge 'Thumbs up' to Lucas and his product. I bought a pair of his high pipes and could not be more happy. Slick, awesome craftsmanship, styling, design... Next i think i am in for a set of controls with the hidden brake light switch, Totally trick!

thanks again Lucas!!

Are these to suit the later front ends like you'd find on OIF Triumphs? The ones with the regular style fender mounts on the fork legs?

they will fit just fine on a 16 barons uses 16s on most of his builds and this is the fender he runs as far as thickness i would call it 18 gage material they are just thick enough to be strong but still plyable

Just got my set in the mail today. This is a much needed part for your Triumph build. The stock ones just suck. I highly recomend a set of these for your bike. A small investment for a nice upgrade.
Thanks Lucas!

Do the ones without the logo have a blank rectangle in the middle of the fins?

That's a pretty good price for a nice, attractive, finned piece of aluminum.

What radius are these guards by the way? I have a 4.10x18 rear tyre.

Any word on the fender measurements? I checked them out on your site, but I dont know the wheel size of the bike in this pic, so its hard to tell.

That Triumph has a 5.00x16 rear. Looks like an Avon from this angle. FYI, I've ran the Baron's ribbed fenders numerous times and I can assure you they fit perfectly on a 5.00x16, 4.00x18, as well as a 4.00x19. I just checked one of mine and it's 4 7/8" on the outside and 4 3/8" on the inside. It seems narrow, but remember it's sitting on top of the tire- not around it. They actually fit much better than the ribbed Wassell fenders because they have a much tighter radius.

Default barons fender

ya what lurkingclass said! sorry i forgot to answer you with a radius the over all length is 46.5 inchs long we have used these on a bunch of bikes that red bike is a 16 and also look at the newest hartz build he used one with a 5.00x16 fit great i am using them on a few with 18s and worked out fine they are a bit plyable so they can be worked with to take forms....
lurking class need a job!
thanks for the help

Lucas,

I can remember the day I took my bike up to your house to take some simple photos of the pipes you were making on it .Now over a year or so later you have a very successful business, build top notch products and are great to deal with. Congradulations man , I know its been a lot of hard work.

Here's the start of a '47 T100 with a Factory Metal Works rear rigid frame section. I found some original rigid frame castings, so we didn't even have to butcher a stock frame for it. It's about 3" over stock and an 1 1/2". I'm still blown away by how nicely it turned out- superb craftsmanship. It truly looks like a factory piece, but much stronger. Thanks Lucas!
