The brake disk was rubbing the part you bolt the caliper to, so, rather than grinding off some of the caliper mount and possibly weakening it, I pulled the rim over. One full turn gave me 3/16ths less offset. I haven't tried mocking it up again, but this should be enough.
![]() Anyhoo - I wanted to check how bad I buggered up the trueness of the wheel so I rigged this up. The dial indicator (coathanger) is clamped to the frame and bent real close to the rim. The pics are pretty self explanatory. I'm no mechanic, if this is a bad way to do it, please shoot me down. ![]()
