Hey,
The Questions and Suggestions forum is to ask the forum admins to change something with the site. You will get many more responses if your repost your question to the regular Forum. My initial thought though has to do with the Hunt mag. The have no timing advance so when you try to start the spark is perhaps too advanced. Try retarding the spark a bit and see if it starts easier. Someone else on the board will be able to tell you exactly how to do this. Casey Clark |

do you know what the mag is timed at? It should be about 39 degrees also check the point gap which should be about .012-.015. Maybe replacing the points and condensor if you are unsure about them. Try huntmagnetos.com
