Default Jetting a L Series Carb for EL Panhead

Hi gents, I have a late L Carb and want to jet it correctly for a 1000 cc EL Panhead, anyone got a starting point for me?

You cant find jets for them anymore really. The main jet is the same used on the E carbs, so you can replace that, but the other two you will have to drill out. Get a set of the little drill bits and read up on how to tune a carb, then increase he hole sizes and try to find a nice setting that runs for you. If i is too rich you will need to solder them closed and redrill. I have original L manuals if you need them, DM me your email.
