Most of the parts have been found, luckily I have a friend that has a stash of Indian dampner parts to get things going...

To me the best part about the dampners is that they look so antique and ornate. I think what always attracted me to Choppers is that they are modified antique motorcycles that are ridden.

I honestly do not know if it is right but I have always used Dampner and the Damper just sounds wrong to me.

Thank you Willy. It feels good riding around on 3 springs even though the front one needs to be tamed down... the old K Model seat feels good also but that white seat is going back on. I know what to do with paint now, not gonna let the cat out of the bag yet

Merry Christmas

The sun was out, a good time for pics. My favorite HD tanks were similar to this design, 1962 if I'm not mistaken, that's what we went for. For you paint gurus its GMO43 on your Dupont spectramaster with fine silver flake added, & pearl white on the stripe.

I promise no more videos

I love that color Howard! Now you need the Bug Eyes name in cartoon lettering in that big green field below the gas caps.

I've been watching your build from the silent peanut gallery. I have to say I usually don't like the dual side-by-side light look...but that being said, this peanut brain thinks it works really well with your build.
It's Got that quirky-cool look...gotta love it, haha!
I agree with VonWegener about cartoon lettering in the field below the caps.
Great work!
