Here's my cafe project. Nothing too crazy. I've got the motor out and I'm rebuilding that. Swingarm bushings have been upgraded (wtf is with the plastic stockers?) and the headset switched over to tapered roller bearings instead of the loose ball setup. I've got a hydraulic steering dampner for it as well I have to figure out how to mount, and mount. The swingarm will be braced as well as the fork running a bolt in brace. When I get around to it I'll be bracing the frame to stiffen it up around the down tubes, lower motor mount and shock pickup points. I have a set of +1" coilovers with resovoirs for it, as well as a Norton tank. I need to get off my arse and rebuild the fork, get the clip-ons on it, then rebuild the set of laced wheels & brakes and turn it into an actual roller, not a stripped down "sorta" roller lacking most of what will give it the cafe feel, but whatever.

Here's my '78 CB750 cafe from last Fall. I had a new seat made with black Ostrich leather and suede, and finished the body work.
I'm currently in the process of sorting out some crappy electrics.

That was my plan, but I was trying to sell it. But since it didnt sell I plan on shortining the loop closer to the seat.
