Yeah, who'd a thunk there would be such a deal so close to home?!

By serial #, it you decide to put in a knuckle frame, the 30 degree non-bull neck would be correct

You might check Chopper Handbook, at one time they had free downloads on frame prints. Office supply places can print for you or an architect or draftsman.

Ok, I finally collected the project and got it rolled into the front of my shed. I am putting a plan together and collecting parts, recycled wherever possible.
I want to refit the mechanical brake and star hub to the rear. The crossover tube has been blanked off and none of the parts came in the ice cream containers full of bits and pieces. I've had a look on JP Cycles and they have a complete linkage kit available. I'm asking around contacts here for a starhub wheel and brake unit. Not expecting to find much but you never know .
Basically the plan at this point is to get it running and registered and ride it. All the cosmetic stuff can wait till the next build.

She's a beauty

I did similar with my 54 pan which has a shovel frame (ewch)

I imported a mid star and juice drum, later model. And have put her back to juice on the back. MUCH better braking than the rotor. It's a lot of work and lacing the wheel and truing it took some patience! Can't wait to see her going. Does she run?

Yes it is, but it's a bloody big island too!

Going to mock up a Sporty tank this week and the downdraft weber with the manifold I got last week from Mark "Duckman" van der Kwaak. I'll drill the blanking plates out that have closed up the bore for the brake crossover shaft and see what the inside looks like. I've an old solo seat with springs from my old shovel that I'll mock up as well.
