cracked TLS brake plate repair?
Im rebuilding my 68 TLS brake and I noticed the brake plate is cracked on the inside on the section that rides on the axle. Is this something that a shop should be able to weld and repair, or am I searching for a new brake plate? If so would a 69 or 70 brake plate work? (I realize the cable location is different but is that it?)

Don't know about repair, but yes a 69 or 70 will work fine.
