Thought I would post this on my sons thread M&H tires will be here at end of the month Oct. for a price of 167.00+ shipping pre order. the National vintage Motorcycle Drag racing Association will be given the first chance to sell them. pm me if interested. first time made in 30+ years 70-80 made first batch for summer. get your order in

These tires are the same as they were made by M&H in the 70s same reconditioned mold even, they were softer than Avon we were excited back then when they came out. 4 ply bias. so no one has run a new one yet but same compond as before, M&H kept all the spec on them and mold. so in that respect alot of folks ran one before.
Tire on my drag bike in backround is goodyear a little shorter, I cant run on this bike because of duck tail fender but have another Im working on for next years races. these are brand new not recaps. Oh, and they will be black wall, letters were painted on by Martin Windmill for display

no no one has got to run one yet cant wait to as soon as we get one i am guessing it will be smoked off by the days end and they were a copy of the originals

The rim shown in picture is excell 2.75 I think 3'' will be okay factory says 2.5to3.25 I have a 3.5 Im going to fit on and see if tire fits good but stock rim should be fine. 4x26.6 is size just like the old one and avon used long ago tires going fast have more than a dozen going to england a few to new z. and a couple to Australia

What make is the hub that you show with the slick ? Looks like the deal with the disk brake and a separate sprocket so the sprocket size can be dialed in.

That rear hub made by kosman i dont know if they have any left as they are going thru a temp. shutdown for awhile but look up flat trackers and such I would have no problem running a quick release rear hub, Rim is from buccanon and wm 2 for the tire You can get tire in south cal at M and H tire should be 167.00
