I'm Still Back...

I cannot believe you had the chance to ride a real Manx. Not a lot of those around here and I want one so bad I'm scheming to build a "fake" Manx out of a featherbed and some yet to be determined amc 500 single in the future. I figured I'd never get to ride or own one otherwise and it's my opinion that the Norton Manx is the pinnacle of vintage roadracing motorcycle perfection. One lucky dude for sure.

Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear (British Car show) also said he hated motorcycles until one episode their challenge was to ride one all the way up the Vietnamese coast. By the end he was almost weeping when he said he now loved motorcycles. They have a way of changing someone. Riding is massively liberating.

Cars are for people with too much space and who enjoy owning large boulders when they break down.
Motorcycles are small and easy to work on, and when they break down, they're easy to push into the garage. Even from miles away. Just don't tell us you are "a newb building his first Triumph bobber." Seriously, you said you hated motorcycles? You might as well say you hate air and water.
