- Biography
- After taking every art course and auto shop class in high school, I enrolled in the Herron School of Art’s foundation program where I studied fine arts. I discovered that wasn't a career that I wanted to pursue, so I transferred to Ivy Tech State College after two years, completing an AAS in Mechanical Design Technology. I later continued my mechanical study at Purdue University at Indianapolis, earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
I've been married since '94 and we have three sons and a daughter. I've been employed as an engineer and a graphic artist, currently I work for Klipsch Audio Technologies in Indianapolis as an Industrial Design Engineer. I started Smith Motor Works in 2011 to create custom retro parts for vehicles.
