Actually, I want two. One to wear now and one to put aside.

Get on it Ryan :) Make it a limited edition of 50, 100, whatever and have them individually numbered.. I want something to show that I was here when it started.

The boss likes to approve designs related to his websites before they go to print but if someone has a good design, send it to him and see what he thinks.

It's a little early for t-shirts guys... Lets make sure this place takes off before we start wearing the threads.

That said, The Jockey Journal logo is one I am pretty proud of... I LOVE it.

Ohh... and I'm not the boss here... I'm just a helper!

The engine illustration? Yes... That is temporary though...

if 'the boss' approves it (who is the boss anyway?) i will donate the cost of the shirts and printing if everyone who gets a shirt sends 10 bucks or something to offset the cost of the board. i dont want any money. i am just happy that there is a new forum for me to learn on. i am building my first bob and i know this site will help immensely.
didnt mean to step on toes. just wanted to raise some fundage to keep this forum/board going.

I'm down for a couple shirts, one for me one for my girl. The way I see it is the only way for this place to take off is for us to make it take off.

God damn, I thought this post was a joke - a little bit of an inside joke but jeez, shirts ALREADY!!

Don't do it Ryan, make 'em suffer for awhile - supply vs. demand.....it works on the HAMB. ;)

Let the legend build......

BTW the logo is a fuckin' masterpiece. Coming from a sign-lettering backround I know that one didn't just fall together. Props to the designer.

- OHH and calling this place the Jockey Journal, genius. Respect.

Attached is the inspiration for the logo... Myself and an incredible typographer from Minnesota did the final TJJ version. It was quite a bit of work, but I can't stop looking at it. I love it.

Well,
That logo couldn't have been inspired by a more fitting bike (and logo) if I may say so.

I was hoping you would have a good story behind the making of the logo, because if you got on here and said that you just whipped it up in Illustrator I was going to go look for an old greasy bike chain to beat myself with.....

A logo like that would take HOURS to design in software designed to modify text, let alone something like Illustrator.

Hat's off to you AND the typographer.......

The logo rules, nice work Ryan [same goes for your accomplice]. It is pretty early, but since I missed out on the last run of HAMB stickers, I want a shirt if they get printed. The logo alone would make for a cool shirt, but I am partial to the minimalist look.

If people want it, I'm so down to design up a 1960's style shirt for the board.

here is one I did for that there Hardcore Chopper magazine

Nice design, Harpoon. That pic you used looks familiar, that didn't happen to come from an early '70's issue of Choppers, did it?

Does this mean the Speed & Power crusie will be in Texas this year?

Do I need to do an 'into' here?

I don't care what number I get, but Ryan and that other guy should get one and two.

It would RULE if 'Poon set up the design.

When is that other guy going to be around, BTW?

If a shirt is going to be printed up, its gotta be the logo. Nothing else would suffice.

And if there's shirts, I'm in.

As much as I dig the logo I still say we make 'em when growth reaches a plateau. I mean - we don't even know how many shirts to print up yet, sheesh!

Make the masses wait. The true site fans will hold out.....
