57 mechanical brake to 67 hub

can i use a 57 mechanical brake set up to a 67 hub does the sleve work? will the bearing line up ?

Not possible without major fabrication work. The bearings for a '67 hub are in the brake drum. They will not go into a mechanical drum without building some sort of adapter. Just find a star hub. Or go juice for better brakes! Some things are just not meant to be!
