I choose this sacred day to join JJ, why today?
Its special because a guy from Riverside Football team has traded up from a mini truck worked for assholes like Boyd and seeded porn star's and climbed the ladder of modern day American royalty and is making his third marriage a charm and walking down the asle with Actress Saundra Bullock in Santa Barbra as I write, one side of church you might see Chopper Dave and Decker on the other
Julia Roberts. Please No Comments about Jesse , He flat Fuckn Rules.Period.
I started with a 100 dollar craftsman tool set and a pat on the back from the old man, and have climbed my way up to about the scum line, and am proud to get there.
Jesse has "the Right stuff" and some magic beans and has been nothing but cool to me, I wish him the best always.
Hes a easy Target so lets leave him alone and just enjoy that we live in America home of Outlaw Bikers, 350mph dragsters , where a man can jump over 10 Busses, or just go ahead and jump the shark.
Been hitting it at my shop pretty hard, trying to finish up a bike for Jeff Decker and have had a chance to make some fun parts for the bike.
I just was in Bakersfield for a show with alot of other Builders, havent been to one in years...........Boy the Bobber deal is really popular!?
Lots of new stuff to look at (just like the modern chopper's I saw five years back) and alot of stuff just copied from others except the guys put "there" own twist on it, a mistake for many.
have a big gay deadline to meet so my time is short to write , but wanted to say hello and remember that builders who you think rule the world .......trash cans are full with parts that didnt please them the first time.

I think the coolest thing about jesse is that he seems to not give a fuck what other people care or say about. everybody wants to live like that but never go through with it.

made out of tube flat and barstock a welder /grinder and a drill.

COLE! Welcome! Glad you're here! Just one more talented person to add to this board! I look forward to updates from you. Always good to see what's going on in your shop... I didn't get a chance to come down to Hard Rock when you were in town, maybe I can catch up with you next time you're in Vegas.
There's tons of inspiration here on the JJ... Jesse's a ruler of course too. Ditto about trashing him! I don't foresee that going down on the JJ though. I think everyone here knows where talent is, even if he's not everyone's cup of tee. Just hope this board doesn't turn into the chat room on the Discovery Channel's website where tons of people who watch WAY too much TV just bitch about who builds better bikes... is it Cole? Is it Jesse? Is it... who gives a shit?! Build what you like, build it to have fun!

Cole ,very cool.Love that lever.I know a lot of people put down Jesse because he didn't take the time out of his busy day to take a picture with them,then sign it so they can show and tell all their friends how tight them and Jesse are.They put him down for the Auto Zone promotion but there are very few,if given the same oppertunity, who would turn it down. Instead of trying to raise themselves to his level ,out of jealosy maybe, they want to drag him down to theirs.Did this turn into a Jesse thread?
Anyway, it's great to see you on the board. You definitely don't let mediocrity rule the day!

Man, I don't get where the bitterness is coming from el krapp. If this board means nothing, take off then or do something about it. I know it's an internet/new world order thing to deal with but if you don't like it, change it, make sure everything you post is either helpful, informative or thought provoking, encourage those that you feel are lost to get on with it and work on what they're doing and make something better/unique/out there.
Demand Glory for this board, us and the posts on it. Don't just piss and moan about how good it used to be "back when". This board means something good here and now, yeah there may be more people than there were, yeah the stuff you like may be diluted from what was happening two years ago but that's life, things change, people evolve and through the learning comes greatness.
you can always go the lower left hand corner of your screen, select start then select shut down..

If you have the talent and the luck to get to the top of the mountain to see all the shitty little villages below remember that this is where you too came from. There is no royalty here and if you think there is you are fooling yourself. Think of why you got into it in the first place, to get away from the world? To express your rugged individuality, to exfoliate your inner Gonzo or Hemingway or Captain Kurtz, or was it Brother Rat Fink on a Bike perhaps... ahhh to show the world that you are an individual, stronger, tougher, more creative than all the rest...really? The road the endless possibility that it represents, or maybe not maybe it is a fad? A sense of self actualization? Jesse did what all of us want to do. He was successful at creating his vision without regard to what others thought. He did it through hard work and determination. You may not agree with his style, but you have to respect his insight and fortitude.
