Chrome is back tomorrow. Just got to prime it (Jesus but cannister filters take some filling!) and then we go for the BIG FIRST KICK!

XS for my wife, but I have 1 more to start on after that, and a 3rd for spare parts. And 2 CB750s that I haven't had time to do much with.

Picked up 5 XS's this fall in Mass, sold 2 to a friend in Maine, brought these 3 home:

I need to find my damn digital camera so I can post some pics, but I am building a old 650 Trump, cussing a BSA daily. And building a little 250 Kawasaki single, bobber for the wife. I don't have to tell you guys that the 250 is taking up all my time, as she's always in the garage asking when hers will be done. I must admit that until I came to the JJ, I never really thought about an XS, lately it seems that's all I am thinking about. Damn there are some killer ones on here.

Ive been working on chopper way to long , Im to cheap to buy parts , so i got to wait and find that magic piece of scrap , doo dads and what in the hell is thats.
I think as soon as my truck comes from the garage with a shiney new sticker I am going to my other shop and get the old honda 350 twin and strip er.
building a honda goes against all my morals , but its there and and the after market stuff looks to be every
where.
ive got a 67 bonnie chassie to , but no motor and i would kinda like to give that some ponys , and cant really do $4000 in a motor right now.
the way gas is going i am tempted to make an electric chopper out of the honda
